My practice of Reiki

I learned Reiki in Japan. It is a lineage of Reiki called "Gendai Reiki," which contains many elements of Reiki that have never been outside of Japan. In

Japanese Reiki (the original Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho), the spirituality of the practitioner is an important element, and Reiki is seen as a means of spiritual growth, not just as a healing method. As a Japanese, I feel that this "spiritual aspect" is an essential point for my Reiki practice due to my cultural background.

Gendai Reiki also includes the practical and technical elements of Western Reiki. Like many other things, Reiki has been transformed by time and the influence of non-Japanese cultural backgrounds. I consider this to be another important element of Reiki.

In addition to Gendai Reiki, I incorporate original elements based on my own experience into my Reiki sessions.

Workshops and Seminars

As well as sessions, I also provide tailor-made workshops to fit your needs, and seminars (individual or group) for those who wish to learn Reiki.

From children to adults, join me on this journey of well-being.

Reiki is considered a complementary or alternative therapy and is not a replacement for conventional medical treatment. People interested in Reiki should consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical issues they may have and consider Reiki as part of a holistic approach to wellness. The effectiveness of Reiki may vary from person to person, and its benefits can be highly subjective.
